4dno Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 4dno platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of our platform.
Introduction and Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dno ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 4dno, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
The 4dno platform provides online entertainment services to eligible users in Malaysia, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, table games, poker, and other entertainment categories. These Terms apply to all such services unless stated otherwise in the specific terms for a given service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dno platform. Continued use following any amendments to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account with 4dno or using any of our services, you confirm that:

4dno reserves the right to decline registration requests or suspend the account of any user suspected of not meeting the eligibility criteria above, without being obligated to provide detailed reasons to the user.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4dno platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
When registering an account, you are responsible for:
- Providing your full name, phone number, and valid, verifiable identity details.
- Setting a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Notify 4dno immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Keeping your account details up to date and accurate throughout your use of the platform.
4dno shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed, as a security measure to protect your account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 4dno platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules at all times:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international regulations.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the 4dno system.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised means to interact with the platform.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that could compromise the integrity of the games.
- Not sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to access your account.
- Treat fellow users and 4dno support staff with respect across all forms of communication on the platform.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in actions including a formal warning, temporary account suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach. Any credit balance in an account closed due to a violation may be forfeited.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4dno platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the official currency. We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through the platform.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, local bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, while withdrawals are usually completed within one to three business days, depending on the chosen method and verification process.
Important notes regarding transactions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.
- 4dno does not charge any hidden fees for deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
- Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements, which will be specified at the time the bonus is awarded.
- 4dno reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing where additional verification is required to safeguard user account security.
5. Liability Limits and Account Closure Policy
The 4dno platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical issues, delays, or errors.
4dno shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses resulting from a user's betting or gaming decisions.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet network failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
4dno reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: failed identity verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of the terms of use, or at the user's own request. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 4dno support team via the official email address.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 4dno platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 4dno or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 4dno.
Third-Party Links: The 4dno platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers or payment processors. 4dno is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party providers. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms: 4dno reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
